The School of Postgraduate Studies (SPGS) of the University of Lagos held a training workshop for its Board Members on Thursday, February 15, 2023.
With the theme, Charting the Future: Strategic Planning, Solution-Based Programs and Leadership in Postgraduate Education, the workshop was held after a Meeting of the Board at the SPGS Boardroom.
The workshop aimed to empower the Board Members with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to shape the future of postgraduate education within the institution. Through interactive discussions, collaborative activities, and expert-led sessions, participants explored key themes including strategic planning, the development of solution-based programs, and effective leadership and governance practices.
There will also be a Workshop for Teachers of the Postgraduate School on Thursday, February 22, 2024. Details of that are as follows:
